By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on

TUESDAY, JUNE 25, A.D. 2013

at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:

Said Youngstown City Lot No. 24877 has a frontage of 50 feet on the northerly line of Judson Avenue and extends back 137 feet on the easterly line 137 feet on the westerly line and has a rear line of 50 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways

Bidding to begin at two-thirds (2/3) of appraised value.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
