Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 24877 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Callor & Beight Plat a subdivision of a part of original Youngstown Great Lot No. 27 as shown recorded in Volume 13 at Page 3 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 24877 has a frontage of 50 feet on the northerly line of Judson Avenue and extends back 137 feet on the easterly line 137 feet on the westerly line and has a rear line of 50 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
