And known as Lot No. Sixty (60) in a replat of Glenwood Park No. 4 as recorded in Volume 35 of Maps, Page 310, Mahoning County Records of Plats.
Said Lot No. Sixty (60) has a frontage of Sixty-six (66) feet on the West side of Trenholm Road and extends back therefrom between parallel lines a distance of Two Hundred Fourteen (214) feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways and restrictions of record.
