Said Sub Lot No. 119 has a frontage of 75 feet on the north line of Crabwood Drive and extends back on its east line 155 feet and on its west line 155 feet, and having a rear line of 75 feet by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place.
