And known as being Lot Number Thirty Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Nine (33659) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Lot Number 344 in Cochran Park Subdivision Number 5 as shown in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 99, Mahoning County Records.
