Parcel No. 2: Situated in the Village of Sebring, Mahoning County, Ohio and known as and being Lot No. 1232 as the same is marked, numbered and designated on the recorded plat of said Village in the Recorder’s Office at Youngstown, Ohio.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 616 West Tennessee Avenue, Sebring, Ohio 44672.

APPRAISED AT: $18,000.00.
Bidding to begin at two-thirds (2/3) of appraised value.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
