And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 21689 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly known as being Lot No. 10 in the West Heights Land Company’s Plat No. 1, as recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, Page 20, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of 50 feet on the southerly line of Manhattan Avenue, formerly known as Garden Avenue and extends back on its westerly line 136.97 feet and on its easterly line 138.28 feet, having a rear line of 50.01 feet, as appears by said plat.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.

In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place.
