at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Struthers City Lot No. 3864, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Crecas Addition, a Subdivision of a part of Original Poland Township Great Lot No. 12, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 22 of Maps, Page 93 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Struthers City Lot No. 3864 has a frontage of 60 feet on the Northerly line of Overlook Boulevard and extends back between parallel lines, 125 feet on the Easterly line, 125 feet on the Westerly line, and has a rear line of 60 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
