And known as being Struthers City Lot No. 5447 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Creed’s Second Addition as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 191 of Mahoning County Records. Said Struthers City Lot No. 5447 has a frontage of 60 feet on the South line of Helena Drive and extends back 125 feet on its East line, 125 feet on its West line has a rear line of 60 feet; as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
