And being part of Lot Number Thirty Four (34), Tract One (1), and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of the Leffingwell Road where the center line of the Leffingwell Road intersects the easterly boundary of land now owned or formerly owned by Issac Bedell; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of the Leffingwell Road a distance of Three Hundred (300) feet to a point; thence in a northerly direction parallel with the easterly line of said Isaac Bedell lands a distance of 435.6 feet to a point; thence in a westerly direction parallel with the center line of the Leffingwell Road a distance of Three Hundred (300) feet to the easterly boundary of said Isaac Bedell lands; thence in a southerly direction along the easterly boundary of said Isaac Bedell land a distance of 435.6 feet to place of beginning and containing within said boundaries approximately three (3) acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
