at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the City of Canfield, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
PARCEL NO. 1:
And known as being Canfield City Lot Number Two Hundred Eighty Nine (289), formerly Sub Lot No. 2 in Laura Neff Plat, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 22 of Maps, Page 174 of Mahoning County Records of Maps.
Said Canfield City Lot No. 289 has a frontage of Seventy (70) feet on the Easterly side of Fairview Avenue, (formerly Mygatt Street), and extends back between parallel lines One Hundred Fifty (150) feet on the Northerly line, One Hundred Fifty (150) feet on the Southerly line, and has a rear line of Seventy (70) feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

And known as being Canfield City Lot Number Fifty Seven (57), according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, and being further described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Canfield City Lot No. 289 (Parcel No. 1, above); thence East Fifty (50) feet, thence South Seventy (70) feet; thence West Fifty (50) feet, to the Southeast corner of said Lot 289; thence North along the East line of Lot No. 289, a distance of Seventy (70) feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 35 Fairview Avenue, Canfield, Ohio 44406.

APPRAISED AT: $78,000.00.
Bidding to begin at two-thirds (2/3) of appraised value.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
