Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Struthers City Lot Number 5807 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 43 of Plats, Page 4, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of 72 feet on the Northerly line of Grimm Heights and extends back on its Westerly line a distance of 120 feet, and on its Easterly line 120 feet, having a rear line of 72 feet, as appears by said plat, but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 165 Grimm Heights Avenue, Struthers, Ohio 44471.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place.
