Beginning at a corner of the East line of said Section 239.36 feet North of the Northeast corner of Lot Number Sixty-three (63) in the original plat of Damascus Village, Ohio;
Thence West 208.56 feet to a corner;
Thence North 66.00 feet to a corner;
Thence East 208.56 feet to a corner on the East line of said Section;
