at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Campbell City Lot No. 4296, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in replat of Lots 4293, 4294, 4295 and 4296 a subdivision of a part of Original Coitsville Township Great Lot No. 16 as shown recorded in Volume 70, Page 150 of Mahoning County Records.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place.
