Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown Lot No. 37045 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, (formerly Lot 224), of Plat No. 3 Gibson Grove as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 43 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 37045 has a frontage of 40 feet on the south line of Pasadena Avenue and extends back 142.5 feet on the east line, 142.5 feet on the west line, and has a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 755 Pasadena Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place.
