at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot Nos. 550 and 551 in Wickliffe Plat as found recorded in Volume 19, Page 58, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot No. 551 has a frontage of 35 feet on the West line of Westminster Avenue, together with a curved Northeasterly dimension, a depth of about 140 feet along the South line of Oakdale Avenue, and a rear dimension of 40.6 feet, as recorded in said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Said Lot No. 550 has a frontage of 25 feet on the West line of Westminster Avenue, and extends back therefrom of even width a depth of 140 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 96 Westminister Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44515.

APPRAISED AT: $45,000.00.
Bidding to begin at two-thirds (2/3) of appraised value.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place.
