Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot No. 5457 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 30 of Plats, Page 132, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of 60 feet on the south line of Robinson Road and extends back on its west line 150 feet and on its east line 150 feet, having a rear line of 60 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 487 Robinson Road, Campbell, Ohio 44405.

APPRAISED AT: $60,000.00.
Bidding to begin at two-thirds (2/3) of appraised value.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
