To the Defendants the unknown spouse, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, devisees, legatees and/or assigns, and their spouses, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, legatees, devisees and/or assigns, if any, of Rodney W. Baglama, whose present location is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:

Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 2nd day of April 2019

The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under two mortgages against the following described real estate:

Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Campbell City Lot Number Two thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Five (2395) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 16 of Plats, Page 218, Mahoning County records.

Said lot has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the northwesterly line of Walter Street, and extends back on its northeast line One Hundred Forty (140) feet; on its southwest line One Hundred Forty (140) feet, having a rear line of Forty (40) feet, as appears by said plat subject to all legal highways.

The relief demanded by Plaintiff is judgment against the real estate owned by Rodney W. Baglama, now deceased, in the amount of $13,982.25 plus interest at the rate of 6.8750% per annum from September 1, 2018 costs and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice setting forth whatever right, title or interest you have or may claim to have in the aforementioned premises or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same. The publication will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 25th day of April, 2019, said answer day being the 23rd day of May 2019.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
