Clay (if any), whose last known address is 325 Dehoff Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44515, will take notice that on January 29, 2019, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-NC1, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 19CV 222. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real esate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
