And known as being Lot No. 13 in Geiger Plat, a subdivision of a part of Original Boardman Township Lot No. 6, 3rd Division, as recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, Page 73, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of 52.64 feet on the southerly side of Meadowbrook Avenue and extends back on its easterly line 181.9 feet and on its westerly line 181.9 feet, having a rear line of 52.64 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, subject to all legal highways.

APPRAISED VALUE: $60,000.00.

 

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
