DEFENDANTS.
The Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Lloyd D. Mims Sr aka Lloyd O. Mims Sr (Deceased), whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on March 10, 2020, the Plaintiff, The Bank of New York Mellon, F/K/A The Bank of New York as trustee for registered Holders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-9, filed its Complaint in Case No. 20CV 576, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 65 Lansdowne Blvd., Youngstown Ohio 44506, Permanent Parcel Nos. 53-209-0-015.000 and 53-209-0-016.000 ("Real Estate") and alleged that the Defendant, has or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Lloyd D. Mims Sr aka Lloyd O. Mims Sr (Deceased) is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 14th day of May 2020. In the event that the Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Lloyd D. Mims Sr aka Lloyd O. Mims Sr (Deceased) failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
