Defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Larry J. Bellito, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on the November 21, 2019, Chemical Bank a Division of TCF National bank Successor by Merger to Talmer Bank and Trust Successor by Merger to First Place Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 19CV 2393, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Larry J. Bellito have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

 

Premises Commonly Known As: 758 Annawan Lane, Boardman, Ohio 44512

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 29-013-0-086.000

 

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of February 2020.
