Defendants, Unknown Heirs of Leo Tsambarlis aka Loe Tsambarlis,, whose last known address is 392 Porter Avenue, Campbell, Ohio 44405; Unknown Heirs of Virginia Tsambarlis, whose last known address is 392 Porter Avenue, Campbell, Ohio 44405; Stratos Tsambarlis, whose last known address is 468 Sycamore Drive, Campbell, Ohio 44405; Kelli M. Keriotis, whose last known address is 1560 River Road, Beaver, PA 15009; and Unknown Tenants, Occupants, and Land Contract Vendees, whose last known address is 392 Porter Avenue, Campbell, Ohio 44405, will take notice that on October 4, 2019, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, filed a Complaint alleging that Leo Tsambarlis aka Loe Tsambarlis breached a promissory note and mortgage to Plaintiff First National Bank of Pennsylvania and is in default under the terms of the note and mortgage for the property described as follows:

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 392 Porter Avenue, Campbell, Ohio 44405. 

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 46-009-0-417.000

The above named defendants are hereby notified that they are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication, which will be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 29th day of November 2019.
